We are always keen to hear what features that you would like to include within chatammo.net, and so it was a little bit of a surprise that one request was to include WhatsApp food ordering.

Now I might well have been burying my head in the sand a little regarding WhatsApp, but when I looked a little closer it is hugely used and can be very convenient for food ordering.

How to Get Started:

Adding your WhatsApp order feature is simple.

Head over to your eCommerce store on the left-hand side menu and select one of the stores you have already made.

In your right-hand menu click on appearance settings and scroll down, here you will find the WhatsApp slider.

Enable it and fill in the form in the WhatsApp Phone number field and if you want to redesign your Order text message, you can edit the order text but keep the variable same as in the default message.

After completing the setup for WhatsApp, hit the save button. Now your shop customer will see a button after checkout to send the order in WhatsApp.

By Click on the button and system will redirect the client to WhatsApp and by clicking on the send button the order information will be sent to the store owner's number.
